Privacy policy

Last updated 9 October 2026. This policy explains how TMG Growth handles personal information.

C.L Mowatt trading as TMG Growth (ABN 77 461 691 013) ("TMG Growth", "we", "us") respects your privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, for New Zealand individuals, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: when you submit a listing campaign, book a call or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, agency or company name, agency location, listing details and anything else you include.
  • Lead information: our advertising campaigns collect details from people who respond to ads (such as name, phone, email, budget and timeline) on behalf of the client who commissioned the campaign.
  • Technical information: our hosting and security providers process standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use personal information to deliver and report on campaigns, pass leads to the client who paid for them, verify leads (for example by SMS), contact you about your enquiry or campaign, invoice for services, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information, and we never share a lead with anyone other than the client it was generated for.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run our services: with the client a lead was generated for, and with the service providers that operate our systems, including Meta Platforms (advertising and Messenger), Google Workspace (email and spreadsheets), Make.com (workflow automation), ClickSend (SMS), Calendly (bookings), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (security and delivery). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it.

Storage and security

We keep personal information in access-controlled business systems and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, in New Zealand, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
